Positive type differential shaft

The positive (automatic) type differential shaft uses air pressure to automatically clamp the cores inner diameter when air is introduced. When the tension exceeds 0.5 kg, it gradually changes, and the slip torque value of each torque unit is set by adjusting the air pressure. This facilitates the regulation of tension during the winding of each roll of material on the slitting line, ensuring that each slip ring can resolve the issue of uneven winding caused by material thickness and tension inconsistencies, allowing for even winding. Additionally, there is no need to manually adjust the tension mechanically.
