The automatic pneumatic expansion differential shaft automatically clamps the inner diameter of the core when air pressure is supplied at 0.5kg. Above 0.5kg, the tension gradually changes, with higher air pressure resulting in higher tension. This allows for setting the slip torque value for each torque unit, making it easy to adjust the tension of each roll of material during winding on the slitting line. This ensures that each differential ring can solve the problem of material unwinding due to uneven thickness and tension, allowing for even winding. Furthermore, there is no need to manually adjust the tension mechanically.
