Product Introduction:
EJB 2000 is an edge-correcting controller that automatically adjusts the edges of materials. It is primarily used for automatic edge correction during the take-up and unwinding of materials. EPC/LPC is widely used on various materials and corrects irregular take-up and unwinding edges during processes such as slitting, printing, or lamination. It guides the material through intermediate guide rollers and the take-up/unwinding system, correcting any twists or turns in the roll. The controller can be paired with hydraulic or electric cylinders to correct any deviations or errors in the material's edge direction, guiding it back to the pre-set path for perfect take-up results.
