Centering multi bladder type air shaft utilizes the concentricity principle of plates to achieve simple concentricity.
For loads below 300kg, the concentricity is approximately 0.15mm; for loads above 300kg, it's approximately 0.6mm.
This lightweight shaft not only eliminates wear on the inner diameter of the tube and prevents slippage, but also provides superior gripping force on high-speed machines, minimizing material slippage.
Its concentricity is also superior to that of ordinary air shafts; and its price is more affordable than mechanical concentric shafts.
