The lug-type air shaft has super strong load capacity. On high-speed machines, its super strong grip can minimize material slippage.
Generally used at the unwinding end.
Maintenance and upkeep:
- Regularly clean the air nozzle and keys to prevent dust and debris from affecting expansion.
- Check the seals every 3-6 months for aging. If there is an air leak, replace them.
- Do not use corrosive cleaning agents or high-pressure water jets for cleaning.
